WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Republic Trend curates quality products from internal partners and artisans globally to your doorsteps. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, India, etc.
To save up costs and provide you the best prices for our products, we also ship directly from our partners in these countries.
The processing time for orders is 2-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States with Standard Shipping is 7-9 days, and 10-15 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
Shipping times may vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Orders may take up to 10-15 days to arrive, when being shipped from overseas. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, rest assured they are on their way! You will always be able to track your products with a tracking number too here.

All items in store take 1 to 4 business days to process. Please add processing time to your shipping estimate below. Orders to Asia/Australia/US may be slightly faster, while orders to Mexico/Canada will take longer. Courier services used will vary based on the shipping address provided. There are certain circumstances that may occur that are not within our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather etc). These situations, though relatively rare, may result in a delay in the shipping of your order. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery time of your order.
Your processed purchases will be shipped to the shipping address you have indicated upon checkout. Changes in shipping address must be done within 24 hours after your order was made. Otherwise, we won't be able to update your details nor process you a refund.
Get a full 100% refund or a replacement on the same item, or item of the same value, if item is not delivered, subjected to a case by case basis.
In the rare circumstances where your tracking number stopped updating due to customs withholding your items, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately. If for some reason your order is never released by the customs, we'll send you a replacement!

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
